1. Learn about the financial risks of unsustainable investing.
2. Know what you own.
3. Talk to your plan administrator and make a switch.
4. Scale up: encourage others. Work with your human resources department to get a climate-friendly option added for all employees (and even better, make this the default option).
5. Support other pension and retirement divestment campaigns.
