Want to use SHIFT to inspire your students to take high-impact climate action?
Kim did this in fall 2025. The students did amazing things and gave the assignments rave reviews! Here’s a presentation that Kim gave at the Swedish Climate Symposium in May 2026 on teaching SHIFT. It includes instructions and grading assessment rubrics for two assignments:
- students take an action recommended by the guide, and write a short reflection paper connecting personal and system change;
- a social media campaign to encourage a target audience to take a specific high-impact climate action.
